Your path to the boardroom
About the program
Faith-led governance training that equips Christian women to serve as company directors
The CWIG program runs over seven months. You'll work through monthly cohort sessions, attend an invite-only weekend governance conference, and complete the nationally recognised AICD Company Directors Course. Experienced mentors walk alongside you the whole way.
Graduates leave equipped with the knowledge, skills and networks to serve effectively as a company director, and eligible to use the GAICD post-nominal.
How it works
Monthly cohort sessions
Five monthly sessions, plus optional Zoom meetings and a study day, to support you through the CDC reading materials alongside your cohort.
The Company Directors Course

Mentoring throughout
Experienced mentors share board insights, advise on governance issues, and can connect you with opportunities for director roles.
Join the alumni
Graduate into the CWIG national alumni, a network of peers, board opportunities, further training, and a one-year AICD membership.
The Conference
An invite-only conference, learning from professional Christian leaders in governance and directorship. Your ticket and accommodation are included as part of the scholarship.
Serve on a board
All participants commit to maintaining or joining a ministry board within six months of completing the program.
