CWIG Network

A Christ-centred community for women in governance.

About the Network

Since 2023, CWIG has run a scholarship training program in partnership with the AICD, with more than 250 women across 20 cohorts completing the program. Graduates automatically become members of our Network, which now has over 270 members.

We are committed to building a Christ-centred Network that promotes, equips, and supports Christian women in governance. Through this Network, we provide opportunities for professional development built on relationships that reflect a shared commitment to growing together in leadership, wisdom, and faith — for the good of the Boards we serve and the Kingdom of God.

We've developed a membership structure that offers lasting benefits and continued support well beyond graduation. Women with 10+ years of board or director experience are also welcome to apply to join the Network without completing the program. If you know a woman who meets the eligibility criteria, we welcome your nomination.

Our vision is to see Christian women equipped and empowered to serve as influential directors in ministries and organisations, lifting the standard of governance across Australia.
